Our Kitengela micro-hub sits on Namanga Road so we can stage cross-dock freight for EPZ factories, gated estates, and the Athi River strip with two guaranteed linehauls per day.
Syokimau is our express micro-fulfilment node that ties SGR arrivals, Expressway traffic, and estate subscriptions into guaranteed two-hour delivery blocks.
Machakos is our eastbound consolidation hub: produce from Tala, Kangundo, and Mwala flows in, gets precooled or kitted, and shoots to Nairobi retail or coast-bound fleets within hours.
Karen requires discretion and precision. Our concierge riders wear branded attire, book lift slots, and coordinate with estate security while systems sync with your POS so stock levels stay accurate.
Salama is our relay stop linking Nairobi, Machakos, Voi, and Mombasa. Fleets refuel, swap drivers, and reload supporting cargo without leaving the highway.

18 mapped clusters across Oloosirkon, Milimani, Yukos, and Acacia handled by electric vans and bikes with 1:00 PM cut-off.
Industrial park shuttles
Timed FH and 10-ton runs between SRM, EPZ, Africa Logistics Properties, and Nairobi for raw materials and finished goods.
Cross-dock & short stay warehousing
2,400 sq ft racked space for staging, QC, and onward dispatch with temperature and humidity monitoring.
SYOKIMAU
Syokimau is our express micro-fulfilment node that ties SGR arrivals, Expressway traffic, and estate subscriptions into guaranteed two-hour delivery blocks.
2-hour express drops
Triggered when SGR or Nairobi inbound scans complete; optimized for urgent spares and premium retail orders.
Estate subscription loops
Weekly delivery plans for residential communities (Gateway, Sunrise, Signature, Greenpark) with concierge sign-off.
Rail-to-road transfers
Direct transfer from SGR cargo decks to road units with shared EDI events for consignors.
MACHAKOS

Weigh, grade, pre-cool, and manifest horticulture loads before dispatching to Nairobi City Market, modern trade, or airfreight forwarders.
Retail restocking
Bulk inventory from Nairobi or Coast is broken into store-ready kits for Machakos CBD, Tala, Kangundo, and Wote outlets.
Linehaul & relay
10-ton and FH fleet moves Machakos ⇄ Nairobi/Coast nightly with telemetry and fuel monitoring.

SALAMA
Salama is our relay stop linking Nairobi, Machakos, Voi, and Mombasa. Fleets refuel, swap drivers, and reload supporting cargo without leaving the highway.
Fueling & maintenance
Diesel, DEF, oil, tyres, and quick service bays keep rigs compliant before they hit Mtito Andei or Voi.
Driver rest & swaps
Crew quarters, catering, and manifest desk ensure rested drivers on the second leg.
Mid-route load staging
Spare parts, urgent parcels, or fresh SKUs transfer to the linehaul without detouring into Nairobi or Machakos.
